Ingredients.

For the dough you will need.

  • 2 egg.
  • 250 gram sugar.
  • 250 gram wheat flour.
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  • ½ teaspoon Salt of hartshorn.
  • ½ teaspoon salt.
  • 10 g of well ground coffee to mix in the cake.

And some good ground coffee or sugar to sprinkle the cakes.

Recipe.

  • Sugar and eggs are whipped together, then mix the other ingredients in.
  • The cake mass is filled in a syringe bag,
  • after which it is sprayed into the length and thickness you desire.
  • Sprinkle the cakes with well ground coffee or sugar.
  • If the rods are between 4 – 5 cm long and a thickness of about 2 cm,
  • baked for 9-10 minutes at 180°C / 356°F.

The cakes become as hard as a Cantuccini.
